Shipping & delivery
Every parcel ships in discreet, odour-dampened packaging with tracking. Here's how timing, handling, and handoff work.
Order cutoffs
Orders confirmed before 1pm ET on weekdays are typically prepared the same afternoon. Anything after cutoff or on weekends is queued for the next business day.
Transit windows
Within province: 1–3 business days. Cross-province: 3–6 business days. Remote postal codes can add 1–2 days. Adult signature is required on delivery.
Packaging
Flower and pre-rolls are double-bagged with humidity regulation. Concentrates travel in insulated pouches when temperatures warrant. Edibles are re-boxed to protect dosing integrity.
Tracking
A tracking link arrives by email once the courier scans the parcel. Log into your account to see live status alongside your order history.
Missed deliveries
If nobody is available to sign, the courier will leave a slip and reattempt the next business day or hold the parcel for pickup. If a delivery misses twice, it returns to our warehouse and we'll reach out to reroute.
Regions
We ship to addresses within provinces where adult-use cannabis delivery is permitted. If your postal code is not serviceable, you'll see the warning at checkout before payment is attempted.
