To process an order we collect the name, shipping address, email, phone, and date-of-birth confirmation required by adult-use regulation. Account holders also have a hashed password record and their order history.
How we use it
Personal information is used solely to fulfill and support orders: dispatching parcels, resolving issues, replying to messages, and communicating about your account. We never sell or rent customer information.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies for cart state and login, plus a privacy-respecting analytics signal if you consent via the banner. Declining means the analytics loader never initialises.
Data retention
Order records are retained for the period required by provincial regulators. Contact form messages are kept while active. You may request deletion of non-regulated data at any time.
