Returns & issues

Health regulations limit what we can accept back once a product has left our facility — but any defect, damage, or quality concern is absolutely on us to make right.

Damaged or defective orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or a product is visibly defective, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a short photo of the concern. Most cases are resolved with a same-day replacement or store credit.

Quality concerns

If a flower lot doesn't match its description — structure, moisture, terpene profile — let us know within 7 days. We'll pull the lot for re-inspection and offer a credit or swap for a comparable selection.

Wrong item

If an item was packed in error, contact us the same day and keep the original packaging sealed. We'll arrange a courier pickup and ship the correct product at no charge.

What we cannot accept

Cannabis products that have been opened, used, or left their original tamper-evident seals cannot be returned per federal regulations. Accessories in as-new condition may be returned within 14 days for a credit.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–7 business days.
