Do I need an account to buy?+
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account keeps your orders, shipping addresses, and favourites in one place.
Is shipping discreet?+
Yes — plain outer packaging with no product branding. An adult signature is required at delivery.
How do I know what strength to try?+
Our dosing guide covers beginner-through-experienced starting points across flower, concentrates, and edibles. When in doubt, start lower than you think and wait the full onset window.
Are lab results available?+
Cannabinoid and terpene reports are available on request for any active lot. Just email us with the batch number printed on your label.
Can I pick up instead of ship?+
Not currently — every order ships via tracked courier to the address on file.
What if I order near cutoff?+
Orders placed before 1pm ET on weekdays usually move out the same afternoon. After cutoff, your order is prepared next business morning.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Our checkout is a review step for now — when a payment method is wired up, it will appear here. Card payments are the intended default.
Can I adjust or cancel an order?+
Before the parcel is sealed, yes — email us with your order number and we'll update it. Once the courier has scanned it, cancellation is no longer possible.
