Storage Best Practices for Flower and Concentrates
Humidity, temperature, and light — the three variables that determine how your cannabis ages.
Three variables
Humidity, temperature, and light exposure — manage these three and your flower and concentrates will age gracefully.
Humidity
Aim for 55–62% relative humidity. Our flower jars ship with a humidity-regulating pack; rotate every 45–60 days. Too dry and flower becomes harsh; too wet and it risks mold.
Temperature
Keep between 60–70°F when possible. Avoid refrigerators and freezers for flower — moisture cycles there can harm trichomes. Concentrates tolerate refrigeration better; always let them reach room temperature before use.
Light
UV breaks down both cannabinoids and terpenes. Our jars are light-resistant; keep them in a cupboard or drawer for best results.
